MEET NATE
Meet Nate Greene, a Maine handyman and licensed arborist.
Nate Greene is a Maine handyman with a background in carpentry, property maintenance, landscaping, and tree work. He’s fully insured, holds an arborist license, and has experience working on homes, rental properties, and small commercial spaces throughout the Midcoast and Southern Maine.
Before starting Greene LLC, Nate spent years working as a commercial fisherman off the Midcoast. In between fishing seasons, he worked in landscaping and tree care, along with painting, carpentry, concrete and foundation work, dock construction and maintenance, insulation, and time spent working in a Subaru garage. His experience also includes hands-on work on the wharf, as well as launching and removing floats seasonally.
While working in landscaping, Nate handled pruning, flower beds and mulching, walkway installation, tree removals, and storm cleanup. Because he holds both a CDL and an arborist license, he also operated a bucket truck and managed more technical tree work as needed.
That range of experience carries directly into his handyman work today, especially for Maine properties that need seasonal maintenance, storm cleanup, or practical solutions for projects.
BACKSTORY

Nate started lobstering in 1995, learning the trade alongside his uncle on the Damariscotta River. He went on to spend five seasons offshore, lobstering out of Criehaven and along the Midcoast of Maine. His work on the water also includes scalloping along the Midcoast and in Gloucester, and he spent a couple of seasons eel fishing out of Gloucester.
In his free time, Nate likes to snowmobile, ice fish, camp up north, fish...and appreciates campfires and just exploring more of Maine.
